Very unorganized group of people. The two other lab employees did not even have a copy of my resume, and asked random questions that were not relevant to anything. Seems like they are not looking for smart people and are looking for lemmings who mindlessly follow instructions. The people who work here do not really have experience outside of an academic setting, so they really have no experience in interviewing people other than asking generally unrelated questions.
