I had an initial call with Laura from the people team about the different roles available and my previous experiences. She was really friendly and suggested two roles that I may be suitable for and w scheduled an interview for 2 days time with a senior account manager and herself. The first interview was over Google meets and was really informative about the two positions. We then went into more details about what previous jobs I had had and previous experience that would link to the job roles. We also covered information about the company and they got to know me a little bit more and asked some situation based questions. I then got offered a second interview in office, this was conducted by Jack and Jason the UK and US Ecommerce managers in a meeting room within the offices. They were both really friendly and went over my CV and asked me questions regarding this and experience I had as well as some situational questions. They also gave me more insight into what the job role would entail and asked how I thought I would fit into this role. As well as this we also talked a bit about ourselves and interests to get more knowledge on who we are as people outside the office too. Overall it was a really positive interview experience.

The interview process was very thorough and I found that it was more of conversation that a rigid, corporate formality. I enjoyed the discussion around the job description, how progression in the role is achieved, and the benefits of working with Add People,
