I went through a rigorous interview process consisting of 7 rounds, including 1 screening, 4 technical, 1 behavioral, and 1 with the director. I received exceptionally positive feedback from all interviewers and successfully cleared all rounds. However, despite my strong performance, I was ultimately not offered the position. Unfortunately, the HR representative was unable to provide me with a specific reason for my rejection due to company policy. As a result, I am left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the lack of transparency in the hiring process.
