The interview process was awesome back in 2019. I was fortunate enough to have been interviewed by the then Director and the Senior Substance Abuse Counselor. I'm pretty sure there's a new Director now. But yes, I thought the interview went tremendously well, as both the Director and Counselor were very friendly and informative. I remember feeling at ease, and remember thinking I would become a great asset to the A.R.S. team, as I bring 2 years of Substance Abuse Counseling experience as a CADCI, and would absolutely love to work the hours 5AM-1PM due to being able to build strong and trustworthy rapport with a steady monthly caseload. I have experience with managing a steady caseload of 55-60 clients, and absolutely loved every single second of it..
