There wasn't a proper interview. The entire process was very unsatisfactory. This company has a habit of sacking people unfairly. The management are not effective. There is no permanent management in place at Burgess Hill. No structure on a daily basis. Staff are constantly playing games with each other. The whole set-up is terrible.
