Interview with recruiter went well. Recruiter hyped me up, saying I was perfect for the role and exactly what the company was looking for. Even mentioned that I could get paid hirer than the range based off of my experience. After the interview with the hiring manager, I was completely ghosted (even after multiple follow-ups). Even if I didn't get the role, I believe a simple email is respectful. After following up with a few mutuals on LinkedIn, I learned that this is common for them.
