I applied and within a few days I received a text message to schedule an interview. My resume and cover letter is clear on the amount of experience and straight forward. I didnt get a second interview because “lack of experience” so clearly either HR staff isn’t really reading resumes thoroughly and just scheduling interviews as if people just do interviews for fun. Asking a bunch of questions for 30 minutes and a lot of talking on their end. Why waste time? Also the position requires a lot of traveling but the salary that they offer sucked.
