They just ask several questions regarding your experience. Must be well prepared as if not, it will be hard hearing back from them. Interviews are online however, which made it really convenient to attend to

it was a very long process but a very fun one as well. Many understand how professional the environment needs to be while also others give you the confidence of just being yourself and to have fun throughout the journey.
