I have my resume online with Monster and CareerBuilder. A recruiter contacted me in regards to an open position. The interview process consisted of at least 2 phone interviews, an online assessment test, a paper business aptitude test, and a 6 person panel interview. There was also a standard urinalysis performed. This all took place over two weeks.
