I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter, where I had a phone interview. I was then invited for an in-person interview at the site where I interviewed with one manager who was on site and another via skype. After the in-person interview, I was invited for a second in-person interview where the previous skype manager would be in person. I was also sent an email where I had to include 5 references that were required to complete an electronic survey about me. I declined the second interview, as I realized the workplace probably wasn't the best fit for me. Although the staff seemed mostly friendly, the workplace seemed pretty strict and conservative (for example, I overheard a conversation where a receptionist was scolded for having her phone on the desk even though she was just quickly using it to copy an address over to the computer)
