Firstly, you will be given an assessment, which comprise of both technical and spatial reasoning questions. During that time, there is no deadline given, so you can complete it anytime, as long as you submitted it and inform the hiring manager. Once you have been shortlisted, you will be going through a 1-1 interview session with the hiring manager. However, the hiring manager didn't give me the final decision, which the hiring manager have indicated that I will get a response a week after my interview. I have to follow up with the hiring manager and, it turns out they are looking for more of a "managerial role" instead, which didn't state in their job posting and their career page on their site.
