- I went straight into a 30-minute interview with 2 people from the design team - this one was more of a 'getting to know you' interview based on your design experience - 3 days after, a design challenge was given that was to be ideally completed in 8 hours but ample time was given to submit it. - 2 days post submission, feedback was given and their decision not to hire me was briefly explained - Overall, the interview process was very casual and easy.
