Quite long interview process, first interview with peers, 2nd interview business case with Team lead and Head of the department, 3rd interview with the VP of the department and last one with a board member. It took me around 1 month to finish the entire process and get to the offer, what j appreciated about it is the transparency and communication from the recruiter but also the possibility to meet a wide range of people within the company. I always got a feedback within max 24h after every interview, tips on how to prepare for the next one and what to expect. So far the best recruitment process I have ever had! Just be always yourself, show interest and ask relevant questions. And don't forget to use formula snippets.
