The interview process was clear. 1st step is an HR interview to clarify the job in scope and ensure applicant’s background is aligned with role needs. 2nd interview was supply chain colleagues. Then there was a case study to be presented during the 3rd interview, that was with procurement hiring manager and supply chain manager.
