Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Aflac (Cincinnati, OH).
Entrevista
Bait and Switch. Aflac found my resume online and invited me in for an interview. Got to the "interview" to find 4 people sitting a conference room where our now "group meeting" was an intro to selling at Aflac and we got 10 minutes of group Q&A with the person we had all been told we would interview with. After filling out a 1-page application, we could be (but were not guaranteed to be) invited back in for the interview we had all been originally scheduled for.
It was clear this was a meat-grinder and people from Aflac cared only about warm bodies in the room.

Bait and Switch. They recruited me (to drive 250 miles) for a District Coordinator position only to switch it to a sales position. If they lack integrity in interviewing people that they recruit, what will they do to staff and clients later.

Pergunta 1
It was a typical all out sales pitch trying to get people to sell for them, even though I was not there for a sales position.

Enjoyable interview, BUT they lied about what I was interviewing for. A room full of people they wanted to make sales agents. I had no interest in that. After a 250 mile trip (each way), I was not happy. Can’t trust a company that lies just to get you to the interview.
Norwalk, CT. Justin Griffey. SCAM. Recruiter reached out to me about my resume for this position, and how Justin wanted to interview me. I drove over an hour only to be in a room with 10 other random people. Guess what? There is no job, this was a pathetic sales pitch for a sales position.
Complete scam. Shady and pathetic.
