At the final interview, I ended by asking them what type of person were they looking for. I asked if I possessed those qualities. Their response was, "yes, you do!" I replied,"Based on my resume, recommendations, quailifications, telephone interviews, and face to face interview....Why wouldn't you hire me?". I was told, by law, their Human Resource people needed them to meet with all applicants.
