The interview process for interested candidates includes an email exchange with screening questions focused on location, desired commute distance to events, experience level, desired pay rate, and seasonal availability. If the candidate is a good fit, a short phone call will be scheduled. The phone call interview will dive deeper into experience level, comfortability with different designs, ladder work, driving a van, ect. Inquiries with photos of your work, or links to your instagram/facebook/website showing photos to your work will be given immediate consideration and may not require a phone call interview.
