Subsequently my job online application for a customer service position, I have been invited to have a skype interview on a Friday morning and after having a nice chat with the recruiter she was happy to take my application further. She asked me to send her by email a written task composed by several emails in all the languages I know within the next Tuesday end of day. As I had plans for my weekend I did the task on Monday and on Tuesday morning when I opened my email to send her my tasks I found an email from her saying: "At this time, we have decided to concentrate our attention on other candidates who we believe best meet the current needs for the role. Please be assured that your application was given full consideration" How can this be possible if they had not received yet my tasks and I was still on time to submit them? I thought it was a mistake so I still sent them my tasks but they made no answer about it. I asked information to the girl on Skipe sending her a text but no answer even in this case. I found it very unprofessional, I would like to warn people who want to apply for any position with Agoda to be careful because it could be just a waste of time. A trustful, professional and reliable company would apologize and clarify with issue but they just disappeared. Never happened to me before with no company, this was the first time and my feedback is very negative.
