Entrevista
Upon applying online I was asked to complete an online assessment. Once completed, I was invited for a call with the recruiter. I had logged in about 5 mins prior to the arranged time. However as the interviewer did not join the call 5mins after the scheduled time, I email the interviewer informing that. Upon waiting for another 20mins I recieved an automated email informing the meeting was cancelled with no explanation. It has been a day and I have not heard from the recruiter.
It reflects really bad on an organization when applicants are asked to do online assessments (which takes about an hour) and are treated this way. This was in-fact the second bad experience that I had with Agoda with regards to interviews. I decided to let go of the first bad experience and apply again. However, it seems that things have not changed much.

NA - Never had the interview as it was cancelled after 20mins of waiting in the call.
It was very difficult and lengthy one . Process is tale around one month time . Many round will be there and it is difficult as well .first round will be shl followed by interviewer screening followed by two others round and final is behavioral round

Entrevista
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to schedule an interview. After filling out the application form she requested, I received an automated rejection email. I asked what is going on and they told me the interview is cancelled, without any reasoning. Why reach out then?
Screening call with TA recruiter.
1 hour with a product leader - 30 mins competency based questions. 30 mins on the spot case study questions - a situation is presented and then questions asked about how you would look to solve a specified product problem - what hypotheses do you have, how you can test it and using what data.
