The interview process was highly disrespectful. It took over two months before I even started the case study. The first round was with a recruiter whose English was difficult to understand. The second round with the hiring manager was more pleasant. However, the case study round turned out to be an absolute scam. They asked me to prepare an entire, highly detailed strategy for their team for 2025. After questioning me extensively about the case, they proceeded to ask completely unrelated questions, many of which had already been covered in earlier stages of the interview process. I have never been required to dedicate such long hours to preparing a case study before, and the fact that they requested a full strategy was a major red flag I should have noticed earlier. This company shows no respect for candidates' time, and I honestly feel like I was scammed into providing free consulting.
