As others have said, interview process is weird here. All the roles are crazy underpaid, especially taking into account HCOL and industry standards. Some of the interviewers seem majorly unqualified to be interviewing potential new hires

The interview with the recruiter was very discouraging. Their HR rep was very unenthusiastic about the company and role, she seemed as if she was just going through the motions with the questions to get them over with. When I asked follow up questions about the job description or if there was any potential growth, she responded that she didn't know. Isn't it your job to know these aspects? I wasn't offered to continue to process however I feel like it is not a loss after experiencing such unprofessionalism and overall negative energy from recruitment.
