Applied online using the Airbus Jobs Portal. was phoned a few months later to invite me to interview/ Assessment Centre. 10 people were interviewed for 4 positions. in my application i said i was more interested in Future projects but it was made clear in the interview that they wanted me to work in Aircraft Operability due to my maintenance background prior to University. Assessment centre consisted of a group exercise in the morning (technical challenge thst you present to panel) and then interviews in the afternoon. We also filed out a short questionnaire at the end of the day. i throughly enjoyed the experience and felt that the interview was challenging, but not impossible. Airbus seems to have a particular way that they interview people and i believe that this brings out the best in peoples experiences. They call it a competency Based Interview.
