After the initial application process which was fairly simple, you take part in a video interview. For me, this comprised of 3 questions, all of which were trying to find out a bit more about me and what I know about Airbus. You are then put forward for a face to face interview which is quite challenging. It ended up being around 45 minutes with lots of competency based questions.
