I had two employees from different departments switch off asking questions for about an hour. Surprisingly, the majority of the questions were about my hobbies and interests. Some questions were problem solving/creative thinking/consulting type questions and the rest were about their Airbus. A couple questions were a little tough, but it was a relaxed interview and they tried to help a bit.
