Standard Behavioral questions during interview with hiring managers. Additionally a few questions related to networking, linux and simple questions regarding Big O notation. Overall, negative experience, they do not provide any feedback, recruiters are ignoring messages, very poor communication as well as standards with organization of interviews (comparing to other big companies).

I interviewed for server software development team in San Jose. The key skill required was C++, data structure, algorithms.
1. Recruiter screen - general questions for technical fit. 20 - 30 mins.
2. Hiring manager round - 45min - 1hr
- some behavioral questions (eg. the one time when you ... )
- some experience describing questions
- some technical questions. e.g. reverse a linked-list. No code compilation required.
- general conversation on candidates expectations
3-4 technical interview rounds (45m - 1hr each)
- C++ questions
- algorithms
- tricky problems to implement
- time complexity related evaluations
- scaling related design questions

I have applied via employee referral. Got response in 1 week. First Phone Screening round, then Two Technical round and One Managerial Round.
Interview Process was smooth and interviewer is friendly and good in nature.
