Received a phone call from the recruiter, very friendly phone screen. Set up another phone screen hiring manager that went really well. Asked to come in for a face to face. I Arrived met with several people had lunch was there from 9-2. Again I though everything went well no real challenging questions. I was told everything went good and I would hear back in 1 week as they had two other people to talk to one on Tuesday and the other on Wednesday of the following week. They expected to make a decision by the end of the week. On Monday I received an email informing me they had decided to hire another candidate. Gee what happen to Tuesday and Wednesday?? No big deal I just found it strange to process candidates out prior to completing the process....
