1x interview with HR (general talk about the position) 1x non technical interview with team manager (introduce team, project and get some info about applicant) 3x technical interview (one with team manager, two times with team members) To get an offer you have to succed in 2 technical interviews (convince 2 from 3 people that you will fit there). I manage to convince only one person. Until now I had good feeling from the interview process even when I "failed" two technical interviews. What I do not like is that nobody contacted me with the result and I did not received any answer even after direct question via mail. I had already another offer, but before accepting, I wanted to know if I'll receive offer also from Akamai. I do not like such approch and it tells something about the company behaving in other situations.
