I applied for the Assistant Account Executive position directly on the AKHIA website. I heard back from the HR Coordinator a few days later to schedule a phone interview. Following the phone interview the HR Coordinator said I would hear back next week about a potential second round interview. When I didn't hear back the following week I decided to send a follow up email. One week later and no response to my follow up email I made the decision to send a second follow up email regarding my phone interview and my current status in the interview process. It has been almost a month since my phone interview and I have received zero communication with the HR Coordinator. It is unprofessional to not respond to job candidates and it is inconsiderate. HR professionals should keep in mind they are interviewing people who put a lot of time and energy into applying and interviewing for the job.
