There were two rounds of interviews. One with the management team and second with the second level managers. The culture/ environment felt very open, young, entrepreneurial with emphasis of action and delivering results. The interviewers openly shared their challenges and solicited input on best ways to address them. The collaborative culture seeking ideas to improve profitability and give the right amount of authority felt like just the position I was looking for.
