Recruiter contacted me for a phone interview. I quickly replied by reserving her time for the interview (that’s what recruiter wanted). Never received her confirmation/response until I asked a day after. She finally said she will call me. Never got a call from recruiter on the day of phone interview so I emailed again. She finally called for a quick interview. She ended the call with a comment “ you might not hear from me, thank you”. Weird, unprofessional attitude from the recruiter. Entire process made me think perhaps she had someone else for this position already, then I don't know why she contacted me and didn't even respond from the very beginning stage of interview. Unsystematic process.
