I was called to an interview as a contractor, and made special arangements (and had to move other meetings because of it) to be able to participate in the remote vieo meeting. There were some unfortunate initial technical connectivity issues on MS Teams, and when I had sorted them and re connected to the meeting, all interviewers had left the meeting, and never showed up again (even though there was plenty of time left for the scheduled meeting). They did not respond to messages and e-mails, and I later got the feedback from the "middle man" that they wen't with another candidate. I fellt it was an extremelly surprising and unprofessional conduct of a sort I had never encountered in my 15 years of tech contracting in many geographies. I will never waste my time with them again.
