Met a representative from the company at a job fair, was contacted by the Director of Sales no more than a week later. Had a brief conversation with him over the phone and scheduled an in-person meeting. A few days after the in-person meeting, the CEO of the company called me and had a 30-minute conversation about the role and the company, didn't ask too much about me or my background.

Interview was fine, but no follow up never heard back. Was told I would hear back in a week. It's been almost a month. Lack of communication. If it's a no fine would just like to know either way.
