Sodexo has serious issues concerning their hiring standards. I was one of 2 final candidates for a kitchen managers job. The regional manager gave the job to the other candidate just because she was already working for Sodexo, not because she was better qualified, only because she was already working for them at another location. With that mentality, Sodexo will never get or keep highly qualified managers. Take a look at all the kitchen manager and GM positions on Sodexo's website and it's clear that they can't retain employees.
