I may have come off as overqualified. The tell you right away that the job is all hours and no weekends off and the interviewer asked me my ideal hours and I said Normal business hours. I was just being truthful as that is my preference. The person told me that they have a bonus and not commission which amounts to whole $1 or $1.50 per hour. Not what I would call a bonus.
