What was your job before that? - Sys Admin at a large multibank how do you rate yourself with Power shell script? Intermediate Its fun! Can you Document processes. yes very good at documentation & Technical writing. Can you trouble shoot hardware? yes servers, software, patches, backend Dell, HP & Cisco. FC networks Etc.

I answered all the questions confidently and completely. I have resolved that I would accept low pay and the crumby insurance and that would be standard of IBC Bank. I can live with that. But, It appears that IBC does not hire Older employees. If Youre older than 50 Dont apply here. You'll just be dismissed as Old doesnt matter what you know. "FUGETABOUTIT" The young IT managers have no idea of how much experience comes with the older employees. And that's fine. Just wait till they get my age and look for a job, it will probally be wourse by then No one holds an IT position for a very long term any more.
