In order to land an interview, you must come in and take a 50 question test. If you score well enough, then there is a 30-minute interview with Department Director and Manager. (on a separately scheduled day.) They had a single piece of paper with pre-determined questions. They never ventured off the script.

They were very prompt and accommodating. The process was straightforward, I took an untimed skill test and after receiving a satisfactory grade I was offered an interview. After the interview I took a quick personality test.
