The first and second round interviews were mostly behavioral, but you should definitely know how WM works and why you want to do it. Ask good questions and you will be fine. For a good company its a fairly easy interview

It was 1 round with manager then 2 associates then VP/MD. It took a couple weeks and it was about a 1 week turnaround per interview so it did take some time to get the final decision.
