I interviewed with two senior analysts, who tested my knowledge of various industries, companies, stock drivers, and financial/analytical concepts. My initial communication stemmed from an employee referral, which seems to be the most common avenue for landing an interview at this firm. The culture is very aggressive and results-oriented, although a life-work balance is encouraged.

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting every person who interviewed me and I made it to the final round but was ultimately not offered a job. interviews were typically behavioral and there were limited technical questions as they didn't require a lot of background knowledge due to their training program
