Started with a phone interview from a recruiter then I was recommended for a virtual interview with the hiring managers. Both hiringa did not appear on the virtual interview not revealing their faces on the video. I felt like this was very racist for neither one of the managers to appeal on video even though they were managers. They had me answer over 11 behavioral questions. Two days later I received email saying they had move on to other applicants.
