I talked to a recruiter at a college job fair and then had a phone interview a few days later. During the phone interview, we went over my resume in more detail and then went into the interview questions which were asked to be answered in the STAR (situation, task, action, result) format.

They asked some questions like what projects I've worked on and what kind of software tools I am familiar with, along with some of the other more general interview questions such as "tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer".
