A representative called and left a message asking to setup an interview. I returned their call. The interview was scheduled and then took place within two hours of returning her call.

Very high level but very professional interview rounds. They mainly focus on communication skills and how well we tackle situations when customer is irated. Overall difficulty level was high. There were 4 rounds of interview i went through and I'm glad I am selected.

My experience was a facetime, where they ask very personal questions, too many silly questions that don’t even have nothing to do with the job. They make it very uncomfortable, even virtually.
