Entrevista
Sent my application online, which only consisted of my CV and basic personal information. Got contacted to take an online video assessment and answer three short questions. For the video assessment, I was given a few seconds to thing about the question and 60 seconds to answer it. The video assessment can only be taken once. There is no time limit for the written questions, but they must be answered in less than 200 words

Written Questions
1) Talk us through an ambitious goal you set for yourself, and how you went about achieving it. We would prefer this example to be as recent and relevant as possible.
2) Describe a situation where you experienced a real risk of failure. How did you deal with it and what, if anything, would you do differently today?
3) In broad terms, what is your career plan? What experiences, skills or other personal 'assets' will you need in order to achieve your goals?

Smooth process, first phone calls then zoom interview everyone was very nice and explained 1 person and then 2 people next round was very easy and comfortable would reccomend applying and seeing how you feel

30min interview fairly relaxed. Mainly behavioural questions and talking about yourself. 1 question at the end about what you understand the company to do. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. It is optional whether to have your camera on or not.
