I submitted a resume and cover letter via my school's career website and the AlphaSights website. Within 12 hours I was offered a video interview through the "Take the Interview" app. There were four questions total. I had 15 seconds to prepare and 1 minute to respond when each question appeared on the screen.

It was more on the behavioural and cultural fit as opposed to the technical aspects.
