Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa AlphaSights (Hong Kong).

The interview process at AlphaSights was simple but long. Everyone was very helpful and considerate throughout, and they loved sharing their experiences at the company. It was conducted in four rounds. The first round was a 15-minute screening with HR. The second round was a 30-minute behavioral interview where they asked basic questions like “Why AlphaSights?” and “What do you know about this company?” Make sure you read and learn everything in the interview guide.
The third round was a 1-hour case interview with a manager. It started with a take-home case study, which I had to go over in the first part of the interview. After that, there was a similar on-the-spot case study where they tried to understand my thought process and how well I could break down complex information into simple words. The manager was very friendly and gave feedback throughout. Then came the role-play, where I had to act as an associate and convince a hypothetical expert to talk to my client. The final round was with an SVP. It was a simple and straightforward conversation about how my experiences aligned with what they were looking for and what motivated me to pursue this career. Overall, if you are a good people person and do enough research about the industry your case study is on, you will do great. Also make sure to go through the website and make yourself very familiar with the business model. Good luck!

the first ai round was really easy. then the actaully first round was also Pretty easy first round. Asks you the basic questions. tell me about urself, what do you do at school etc.
I only attended the first interview. The HR manager was neither friendly nor unfriendly. It was just a normal screening interview. Only self-introduction and motivation for application were conducted in English, and the rest were conducted in Korean. The HR manager asked questions focusing on my background and history rather than understanding the job itself.
First round all behavioral. Mostly talking about previous experiences, how it applies to AlphaSights, and why AlphaSights is a fit role. Wasn't difficult, but unfortunately did don't get selected for some reason even though I thought it went very well.
