2 step process interview process, first interview over the phone and then in-person Interview by Subject Matter Expert (Hiring Manager) along with an HR representative. Review/verification of skills and credentials was also part of the process along with background check. Finally 3 references were called. Decision was communicated over the phone and written offer was provided .
