They called me first then they ask me for an interview at their office. Meet the owner, a developer and the Software director. Everything went well. They called me they liked me but they wanted me to provide 2 more things. 1) a walkthrough of an app I have written (that's fine). 2) They also asked me to start coding an idea of a widget that I proposed during the interview... as a test. They could easily ask me to do this as a contractor with option to hire me later... I really didn't feel comfortable with the project, this coding request for free and their track record overall. I politely declined to go any further. It is a small company, amazing location but an office layout with tiny standard desks that puts everybody way too close of each others (if you ask me). enough said.
