The interview process was very unprofessional. HR could call you to schedule the interview and then goes missing for a few days. No prior heads-up given for the interview. HR was very unresponsive and doesn't reply to emails or pickup the calls.

The interview process was smooth enough. Starting from HR till Technical People, all were great. I had two technical rounds and at the time of the interview I didn't even felt once that I was giving an interview I have got regular updates from HR after each and every round which says that process was great. Although, I was keen to join the company and the technical discussion went well from my end but things didn't turn in that way. The situation had gone into a dilemma and I can say that it's not anybody's fault sometimes it happens that things won't turn in your favour I will still keep a check on future openings because I can suggest that if anyone gets an opportunity to join Altudo should join. I felt that people who are working are filled with values, ethics and moral culture

The process was pretty straightforward. two stages of virtual interviews with another proje ct manager and a senior delivery director. recruiter was very co-operative and responsive to all the quesries one thing i likes the most interviewer gave feedbacks and suggestions, though i was not selected but it was a great learning experience
