The interview process is intense, time consuming, and stressful. If you aren’t sure this job is right for you before you make it to the loop interview then don’t waste your time (loop: a series of 5-7 interviews. These can be scheduled over one day or broken up into 2 blocks). I was hired after one round for the first position I applied for but I know people who have been thru the process 2-3 times only to be declined. I also had to write an essay prior to my loop interview for my loop to review. I like writing so I didn’t mind this part BUT I don’t think I would consider a position with an interview process like this ever again (especially considering how the job has turned out after over 2 years):

Very clear process on interview style and approach. You need to put the time in to prepare all of your STAR method stories and impact. Always have additional information related to your story of impact. Data is a must.
