Two rounds. First round was an online assessment. Second round was a virtual interview with the hiring manager. The manager did not want to turn on his video for the interview and seemed disinterested throughout. I was asked only two questions based on the firm's leadership principles and nothing else.

It takes about one hour, the process was ok, but the lady who interviewed me not the hire manager for the position I applied, which was strange. She was nice though.
