The employer does a lot of talking and wants to see if you can listen and comprehend. The interview seemed more like the employer telling me his life story and asking me if I had any questions rather than him asking me questions about myself.

Very open and welcoming. Everyone was very easy to talk to and the questions weren't all that unexpected. The entire process felt more like a laid back conversation with people I had known for a while already.

The interview went seamlessly, it was very straightforward, the Director was an intelligent leader and great communicator. I loved how they discussed what they are seeking and if you are the desired fit or not.
